Question - How do I reset my Password?
Answer - There are many different passwords you may have.
1) Website Password - To reset your website password there is a forget password option on the login screen here . https://jlhosting.ca/password/reset/
2) JL+VIP/JLTV/JLVOD/JLVPN - These passwords can not be reset by the user, you will need to create a ticket.
Question - Where do i find my Username and Password?
Answer - There are many different log-ins you may have.
1) Your Website login information is the email you used to sign up with, your website password was chosen by you at this time.
2) Your JL+VIP Login information is on the website in "My Services" "View Details" it was also sent to your email during sign up.
3) Your JLTV Login information if you signed up in 2026 is on the website in "My Services" "View Details" it was also sent to your email during sign up.
4) Your JLTV Login information if you signed up BEFORE 2026 was also sent to your email during sign up.
5) Your JLVOD/JLVPN if bought separately and not in a JL+VIP bundle Login information was also sent to your email during sign up.
Question - My EPG is not correct for a channel
Answer - (Program Guide) Comes from a 3rd party external source, not the tv provider. It will never be 100% correct but is usually around 98%
Question -Why does a channel say offline?
Answer - The channel will say offline when there is currently no source for that channel.
Sometimes there are more than one source available so switching away and back can get you a different source.
Most times (Especially with Live Events) the same content is playing on a different channel. You can use the search function within our app to search for all content available.
If you've searched and positive the channel content that is offline is not available elsewhere please let us know the channel name and category so we can let the provider know by creating a ticket in the Channel Reporting Menu (The Provider resets and fixes channels daily - this is very labour intensive so make sure you check before reporting) - We take false reporting very seriously -
