This can only mean one of the 4 following reasons.
You are typing your APP login information in wrong (Cap Sensitive) L, l, i, I O 0 all look similar so make sure you're typing the right letters
-This is not your website login information, it is your iptv services info that was sent to you at sign-up in an email called "Your IPTV Service Info"
You are typing your login information into the wrong service
-if you do not know which service you purchased. Log into the website and click on "my services"
You are not using the most up to date app
-Current version 5.1 (MUST BE THE VERSION DOWNLOADED FROM THE JL APP STORE) - Old versions must be uninstalled before new version is installed)
VPN:
If Using a VPN you may need to switch cities multiple times until you find one that allows iptv logins
-(Turn your vpn off then try to log in to see if this is your issue)
If your Internet Provider is blocking IPTV you will need a VPN to login and or watch

Unplugging Your Modem Power Sometimes can fix this if there are leftover packets stuck in your modem from a previous login attempt
