If Your Service Is Not Working (Constant Loading - No Video/Audio or Unable to Log-in to the app)

  1. DO NOT SKIP - Check our server status (We post here is there are any issues on our end.
  2. Always do these steps especially number one before messaging us

   If your service has not been working for more than 1 hour and we have not posted in our server status you will need to go to the next steps. If its been less than an hour give us time to post.

If we did not post in the server status link on the website there is no issues on the server.

If there's an issue on your end here are things to try in order. If 1st doesn't work move on to the next until you get your issue found. (If there is an issue on our end we send out an email - besides the usual few min server reboots) 


(Make sure you are using the most up to date app (Current Version is 5.1.0)

Make sure if you are using a VPN that you try different cities (North America Only) ( you may need to switch cities many times until you find one that allows IPTV connection)

if your internet provider is blocking you will need a VPN

PurpleCow users on service B ONLY MUST use a VPN 


1 Log into your website account and make sure your account is active and last payment has been processed. (Your website login is not the same as your JLTV app login information - make sure you are using the correct info.on each)

2 Make sure your wifi is connected to your device.

3 Restart your device and modem.

4 Delete JLTV app data in your android settings.

(Make sure you have your app login information written down first
Login info was sent to you in an email when you signed up and is also available in your app settings. (Settings-Playlist-ServiceB-Xtreme Codes Parameters)

5 Uninstall and reinstall the JLTV app (Make sure you have the most up to date version) Available @ https://jlhosting.ca/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/1/Install-Instrucions-.html

6 A factory reset of your device will fix any issues it may be having.





If none of these worked it is probably that your internet provider is now blocking iptv services. You will just need a vpn and their app installled and running on your device. (Use a Canadian or USA City)  You may need to switch cities within your vpn app many times before you find one that allows a iptv connection 

 

We can not help with vpns,you will need to contact your vpn providers for help.
